About the Role
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Senior Producer/Editor to join Rates & Barrels, The Athletic's flagship baseball podcast.In this role, you will be responsible for leading the production process of our podcast, owning the audio and video post-production process, developing engaging rundowns and segment formats, growing audience and community engagement, and ensuring that each episode is of the highest quality. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience producing video and audio podcasts, have working knowledge of YouTube, Discord, and social platforms, and be passionate about baseball, storytelling and digital media.

Requirements
The annual base salary range for this role is $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 USD. The total compensation offered for this position may vary based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and location. It may also include non-cash rewards and benefits. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
