Senior Product Designer - Argentina

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing team and help shape the next generation of MaintainX’s product experience. In this role, you’ll lead design efforts across the full product lifecycle — from discovery and research through wireframing, prototyping, and polished UI — for both web and mobile platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other designers to deliver features that make complex systems simple and intuitive for non-technical users.

What you’ll do: 

• Lead end-to-end product design across discovery, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI for both web and mobile.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Product and Engineering to define and deliver high-impact features.
• Design intuitive workflows that simplify complex systems for non-technical users.
• Help evolve and maintain our Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product.
• Present design decisions with clear rationale and integrate feedback from diverse stakeholders.
• Champion user-centered design thinking and accessibility across all stages of the product lifecycle.

About you:

• 6+ years of product design experience, including work in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Proven ability to ship thoughtful, user-focused designs that balance business and technical constraints.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills with deep attention to detail, typography, and layout.
  Expertise in Figma and familiarity with design systems and handoff best practices.
• Solid understanding of Apple HIG, Material Design, and responsive web standards.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design intent and influence outcomes.
