As a Senior Product Engineer, you will drive the platform from 0→1, balancing elegant frontend craft with robust backend systems. You'll work closely with leadership to shape intuitive interfaces that bridge the gap between people and machines.

What you will do:

• Lead the development of platform features using React, owning the lifecycle from initial ideation and architecture to production launch.

• Collaborate across design and research teams to define product direction, prioritizing features that enhance user empathy and interaction.

• Maintain a high bar for performance and design, spending the majority of your time on polished frontend experiences and supporting backend integrations.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven track record of building and shipping consumer-facing products from scratch, preferably within high-growth startup environments.

• Exceptional design sensibility and a ""product-first"" mindset, with the ability to defend technical decisions that impact the user experience.

• Advanced communication skills and a senior mentality, capable of navigating ambiguity while setting clear technical directions for the engineering team.
