Senior Product Manager (User Engagement)

• Work on building, iterating, and growing a product suite of Angkas’ user engagament products
• Oversee a high-traffic platform supporting millions of transactions
• Own more than 10 operational features, dealing with complex business rules, calculations, and system integrations
• Engage in pioneering new product features, novel solutions, and create new “lego blocks” in software solutions together with the User Engagement squad
• Ensure high degree of collaboration with stakeholders and operators to achieve business impact
• You will be responsible for the following key objectives;
1. Feature delivery and completion rate
2. ROI and payback of features
3. Feature adoption
4. Stakeholder collaboration score

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• At least 5+ years of a combined product management experience in a technology-driven company, preferably in the transportation or mobility sector with: 
• Proven track record of launching successful products/features, from concept to delivery
• Background working with tech startups or in hyper-growth and scaling environment
• Familiarity with A/B testing, product analytics tools, and running product experiments
• Experience with APIs, microservices architecture, and backend systems
• Specialized skills:
• Proficiency in data analysis and ability to use data and metrics to inform product decisions
• Capable of influencing stakeholders, working closely with them along with other members of the tech team to analyze tradeoffs and determine acceptable and best possible solutions
• Willing to relocate to Manila (for candidates who are not based in Philippines)
