About the Role
We are launching a new manufacturing facility in Hugoton, Kansas, and are seeking an experienced Senior Production Scheduler to establish and lead the site’s finished‑goods scheduling processes. This role is critical for building the scheduling framework from the ground up, optimizing production flow, and ensuring strong service performance from day one.
You will thrive in a fast‑moving, dynamic startup environment that demands proactive thinking, rapid problem solving, and the ability to build structure where none exists yet. Experience with finite‑capacity scheduling and SAP planning (SAP PP; PP/DS preferred) is essential.

You communicate clearly, work collaboratively with cross‑functional partners, and adapt quickly when plans change. You’re analytical, highly organized, and able to make informed decisions even with incomplete information. A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred, as is experience in CPG, food & beverage, or other high‑mix environments.
