MOIA’s Global Vehicle Management Team ensures on-time fleet deployment, smooth vehicle commissioning and uptime-focused service, and spare parts support throughout the vehicle lifetime for customers across the EU and the US.  

As a cross-functional, fast-moving team, we are part of the commercial side of the organisation and work closely with all relevant teams enabling the customer and operator of the AD fleet, the service partner network responsible for servicing and maintaining the vehicles, and the software units, making sure that the vehicles are ready to run at all times.  

In short: We bring MOIA’s pioneering AD vehicle to life — reliably, globally, and ready to scale.

As a Senior Program Manager, you’ll drive high‑impact programs and work packages end‑to‑end, and act as the central point of contact for internal teams and external partners. You connect the dots, create clarity, and make sure we deliver outcomes that truly move the business forward. 

What you will do

  • Take full ownership of end-to-end project management, including planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk mitigation, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery aligned with strategic objectives. 
  • Lead and orchestrate cross-functional teams, establish clear roles and responsibilities, foster collaboration and knowledge sharing, and implement efficient workflows to drive collaboration and achieve project milestones. 
  • Translate diverse stakeholder needs into actionable, realistic plans & manage stakeholder relationships throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Monitor progress and KPIs, addressing challenges and potential risks promptly so teams can achieve their goals.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to provide strategic insights, prepare decision-making materials, and support prioritization of initiatives that deliver maximum business impact.  

What will help you to fulfill your role 

  • Experience delivering complex technology projects with or for B2B customers. 
  • Confidence in working with diverse stakeholder groups and navigating different perspectives. 
  • Ability to design robust project structures and scale programs effectively across customer and internal teams. 
  • Experience in agile, fast-paced environments within digital or automotive domains. 
  • Strong conceptual thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset. 
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, and able to consolidate complex information for different stakeholder levels. 
  • Expertise in prioritization, risk management, and execution under time constraints. 
  • Openness to travel within Europe and overseas. 
  • Excellent communication skills in English & German.
