A Senior Program Manager, at CourtAvenue, leads complex, multi-workstream programs for enterprise clients, ensuring successful delivery from discovery through implementation and rollout. This role serves as the primary delivery lead responsible for structuring programs, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and against defined objectives.
Senior Program Managers partner closely with client stakeholders and internal agency teams to translate business objectives into clear delivery strategies and execution plans. They oversee multiple projects within a program, manage interdependencies across teams, and ensure alignment between product, design, engineering, and operational stakeholders.
This role requires strong program leadership, stakeholder management, and operational expertise to guide large-scale digital initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead complex, multi-workstream programs from discovery through implementation and rollout, ensuring successful delivery against client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Develop and manage integrated program plans, roadmaps, timelines, and governance structures to coordinate work across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Serve as the primary delivery partner to client stakeholders, driving alignment on priorities, scope, timelines, and program outcomes.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, design, engineering, and strategy to ensure efficient collaboration and high-quality delivery.
Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges, proactively resolving issues to maintain momentum.
Manage program financials including estimates, staffing plans, budgets, and Statements of Work to ensure delivery aligns with commercial expectations.
Mentor and guide project managers and producers while promoting strong delivery practices and operational excellence across program teams.
Provide clear communication and reporting on program progress, risks, and outcomes to both internal leadership and client stakeholders.
Requirements
7–10+ years of experience in program management, project management, consulting, or digital delivery leadership
Agency experience required, including experience supporting complex client engagements
Experience managing large, comprehensive digital programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies, including experience working with Scrum teams
Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams while driving collaboration and accountability
Strong financial and operational acumen, with experience managing budgets, estimates, and resource planning
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex programs and competing priorities
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments and manage tight timelines
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel and other project or program management tools
Additional Information
