Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our client’s team, a leading company operating across various sectors, including the automotive and agricultural machinery industries, with a presence in multiple countries. The Senior Project Manager will lead and manage cross-functional projects across the Group, including application-driven and functional initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives, involved teams, and project outcomes, while guaranteeing delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of medium to high complexity projects
• Plan, execute, monitor, and control projects throughout their lifecycle
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners
• Lead application and functional projects, ensuring accurate translation of business requirements into deliverables
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and scope changes
• Ensure regular communication and progress reporting to key stakeholders
• Guarantee the quality of deliverables and achievement of defined objectives

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in a Senior Project Manager role;
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects, particularly application and/or ERP projects;
• Strong ability to interact with both business and technology stakeholders;
• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills;
• Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have

• Experience in medium to large corporate environments;
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are a strong advantage.
