IT Integration & Application Engineer

We are recruiting an IT Integration & Application Engineer for a solid and business-critical technology project.

Our client is a Portuguese online gaming brand, where application integrations and system reliability are essential to daily operations.

We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting systems, solving complex problems, and ensuring that everything communicates seamlessly.

🔧 Your challenge

You will be an integral part of the IT team, playing a key role in the implementation, management, and support of application integrations essential to the business.

On a daily basis, you will:

• Monitor and manage integrations between internal platforms and external providers
• Technically configure applications and integration flows
• Act as a technical point of contact between internal teams and external partners
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve application and integration incidents
• Interpret and validate reports and messages in XML format
• Support the analysis of data flow failures
• Create and maintain technical documentation (integrations, interfaces, and flows)
• Prepare technical incident reports in Portuguese and English

Requirements

The profile we are looking for

• Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar technical roles
• Experience with system integrations (APIs, files, services)
• Strong technical analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of web platform architecture (nice to have)
• Knowledge of Python (nice to have)
• Experience interpreting XML
• Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory
• Autonomous, organized profile with strong technical communication skills
