Senior Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced, creative and technophile project manager to join our cross-functional team. As a senior project manager at Bitlane, you will be responsible for all kinds of software projects - from small apps and one pager websites to e-commerce shop systems up to whole CRM Systems and gated company portals. You will be the face to the customer and work closely with all stakeholders to define technical scope, outlining dependencies and limitations, and pushing projects to success in a time-efficient manner. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customer and IT to understand overarching strategy and specific use cases
- Make project goals, progress and outcome transparent to all stakeholders in company
- Collect and prioritize stories based on effort and business impact
- Be the central point of contact and manage projects from beginning to the end
- Guide and inform the discussion and development of new concepts and ideas in collaboration with our design and software team
- Design a project roadmap together with clients and your team
- Make sure the projects are completed in time and within the budget scope
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a technical project manager in a software company or technical environment
- Proven experience in development agile solutions to solve business issues
- Professional experience with software development projects and agile mindset
- Understanding of e-commerce platform CRM systems and their basic technical features
- Professional stakeholder management skills and hands on mentality
- Able to clearly write stories, UACs and documentation in Jira and Confluence
- Fluent German & English
