Senior Project Manager

What you’ll do:

•Oversee and coordinate highly complex IT & OT projects from start to finish.

•Manage internal teams and client stakeholders.

•Ensure projects comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.

•Oversee the creation and delivery of project documentation.

•Improve project methodologies and introduce new technologies in line with market trends.

•Mentoring and supporting professional growth of team members.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

•8+ years of working experience in the IT industry.

•5+ years of experience managing IT projects in complex environments (integration projects).

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

•PMP / CAPM / PRINCE2 certification or equivalent.

•Understanding of IT enterprise architecture, networks, and security technologies.

•Passion for cybersecurity.

•Fluent in English (spoken and written) – experience working in international teams is a plus.

•Proactive & adaptable – problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges.

•Strong sense of confidentiality & teamwork – ability to handle sensitive data responsibly.
