We are seeking experienced owner's representatives and program managers with expertise in hospitals, medical centers, and healthcare facilities who have developed strong relationships working directly with health system executives, hospital administrators, and healthcare facility directors. Key Responsibilities
Lead complex hospital construction, medical office buildings, ambulatory care centers, clinical renovations, and healthcare campus expansions from planning through closeout.
Cultivate client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
Serve as the owner's trusted advisor on budget, schedule, quality, and risk management.
Navigate state healthcare facility licensing requirements, CMS Conditions of Participation, Joint Commission standards, and local AHJ compliance.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to firm-wide knowledge and best practices.
Contribute to proposals and business development pursuits.
Travel to project sites as needed to provide hands-on owner's representation.
Requirements
15+ years in construction project management, program management, or owner's representation.
Demonstrated track record managing $25M+ healthcare construction projects.
Strong working relationships with health system executives, hospital administrators, and healthcare facility directors.
Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience navigating state healthcare facility licensing requirements, CMS Conditions of Participation, Joint Commission standards, and local AHJ compliance and project closeout requirements.
CCM, PMP, PE, RA, or LEED AP certification.
Experience with infection control risk assessments (ICRA), interim life safety measures (ILSM), and healthcare-specific commissioning requirements
