We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Project Manager II to lead our most important company-wide initiatives. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our IT department and key business areas like Finance, Sales, and Operations to ensure our major technology projects are successful. You won't just be checking boxes; you will lead global teams, manage large budgets, and turn the CIO’s high-level vision into real-world results. This is a high-impact position designed for someone who thrives on solving complex problems and delivering measurable value in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire lifecycle of global projects from initial concept through to final implementation and stabilization, specifically focusing on ERP upgrades and FinTech integrations.
- Translate portfolio goals into detailed project plans while maintaining strict control over scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Negotiate and manage resources across different departments, ensuring Engineering, QA, and Business experts are aligned and productive.
- Serve as the primary link between technical teams and business partners, translating complex technical issues into clear business language.
- Create and present high-level status reports and metrics for steering committees to provide clear visibility into project health and risks.
- Proactively identify technical or resource roadblocks and develop contingency plans before they impact project deadlines.
- Partner with leadership to refine project governance and apply lessons learned to improve future delivery speed and efficiency.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of project management experience, including 5+ years leading large-scale IT or Finance transformation projects globally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- PMP or Prince2 certification is preferred; Agile/Scrum certifications (such as CSM or SAFe) are highly desirable.
- Proven track record managing projects involving ERP systems, FP&A tools, or large IT infrastructure.
- High proficiency with modern project management software such as Jira, Planview, or Smartsheet.
- Ability to understand high-level portfolio strategy while maintaining a sharp focus on the specific details of project delivery.
- Proven ability to stay organized and effective in a dynamic global environment where priorities frequently shift.
