We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with experience in generative AI to join our team. We build AI-driven products, where you’ll develop and ship Python services and LLM features (including RAG, tools, and agents) on a daily basis — while leveraging AI across your entire workflow, from development to delivery. Responsibilities:
Design and ship high-performance Python services and GenAI features, including RAG pipelines, agents, and tool-calling on a daily basisArchitect and optimize RESTful APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI, ensuring sub-second latency for complex AI-driven productsOwn the entire product lifecycle from idea to production, working within autonomous pods where you lead the architecture alongside DevOps and UX teamsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including ML and Data engineers, to transform raw data into intelligent business valueStay updated with the latest developments in Python and AI technologies, proactively proposing and implementing innovative solutions to keep the product ahead of the curve
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Python programming with 5+ years of experienceSolid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and software design patternsHands-on production experience in building GenAI features, specifically RAG architectures and LLM orchestrationExperience in building RESTful APIs and servers with frameworks like FastAPI, Django REST, or FlaskExperience with Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration in microservices environmentsExperience with AWS and serverless computingVersatile engineering mindset with a high level of proactivity and ownershipProficiency in both SQL and NoSQL databases, such as Postgres and DynamoDBStrong knowledge of testing frameworks like PyTest, UnitTest, or othersEnglish level — strong Intermediate or higher with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
