We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong background in leadership hiring and domain expertise in Banking and Financial Services. The ideal candidate will bring deep recruitment experience or functional exposure in at least one specialized sector and demonstrate the ability to manage complex hiring mandates across mid to senior levels.

This role requires a consultative mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality talent through strategic research, headhunting, and market mapping.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–10 years of proven experience in mid to senior-level recruitment
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA from a reputed institution (preferred)
  • Strong recruitment and interviewing capabilities with demonstrated success in closing mandates
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and sustain strong candidate pipelines
  • High-energy, target-driven mindset with a commitment to exceeding hiring goals
  • Prior experience or domain exposure in any of the listed financial services sectors
  • Candidates with hands-on sales or revenue-facing experience within these domains are encouraged to apply
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Comfortable with frequent stakeholder and candidate interactions and capable of assessing potential through continuous engagement

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and talent requirements
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles, seniority levels, and locations
  • Translate client mandates into accurate role definitions and candidate profiles
  • Execute strategic talent mapping through research, headhunting, screening, and evaluation
  • Lead research efforts for mid and senior-level leadership hiring engagements
  • Independently manage execution for select mid-level hiring mandates
  • Support delivery and execution of senior-level recruitment assignments
  • Prepare industry reports, market insights, organizational structures, and hiring presentations
  • Shortlist, assess, and present high-quality candidates aligned with role requirements
  • Maintain and regularly update recruitment databases and tracking systems
  • Support business development initiatives through market intelligence and talent insights
