The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a Remuneration & Reporting Consultant to deliver and continuously enhance OES’s remuneration frameworks, policies and processes. This pivotal role ensures our reward practices are equitable, market‑aligned, commercially sound and compliant, while empowering leaders with high‑quality insights to make informed, strategic decisions. You’ll take ownership of remuneration governance, annual review cycles, people cost modelling, workforce reporting and insights.
