About the Role


We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Manager to join Ampverse Pixel and drive business growth in the Philippines. 


You will be responsible for selling our solutions for brand and agencies  to activate inside virtual worlds and across in game media solutions. Brands can plan, launch and manage ad campaigns across all gaming environments — mobile, PC, console, inside virtual worlds and even CTV - giving you access to a global audience of ~ 3 billion gamers. 


Campaigns can be executed against a broad set of KPI’s including reach, engagement and guaranteed performance for clients targeting lower funnel outcomes. 


With tools like a rich-media ad builder (for display, video or in game audio), contextual targeting by game genre or player demographics, and real-time reporting (including attention metrics and brand-lift studies), Ampverse Pixel enables full creative control and measurable performance. 


Ampverse Pixel promises scalable, brand-safe reach - helping you engage gaming audiences where they are, and optimize campaigns with transparent, data-driven insights. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Sales

    • Own and exceed quarterly sales targets by selling in game media and virtual world brand activations.
    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the client base across direct brands and media agencies.
    • Actively identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities for the Philippines market

  • Client Partnerships

    • Build and nurture strong relationships with agencies and direct clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
    • Understand client objectives, translating them into immersive campaign opportunities.
    • Communicate the value proposition through clear, compelling presentations and proposals.

  • Campaign Strategy & Reporting

    • Oversee campaign delivery, ensuring objectives, budgets, and timelines are met.
    • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
    • Report on market trends, category insights, and competitive activity to inform client strategies.

  • Team & Market Growth

    • Contribute to building a high-performing sales team as demand scales.
    • Support sales initiatives with operational excellence, ensuring efficiency and quality of delivery.
    • Help shape Ampverse Pixel’s product roadmap by identifying new revenue opportunities and client needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in media sales, programmatic, sponsorship, or digital advertising (gaming/media/entertainment preferred).
  • Experience in selling media solutions to both brands and media agencies
  • Familiar with ad tech ecosystem players DSPs, SSPs, Exchanges, Networks and Publishers
  • Clear and proven track record of winning new client logos
  • Knowledge of ad verification
  • An entrepreneurial self-starter who has proven success in managing partner programs and driving results
  • Experience in selling  tech solutions within the Ad-tech, media
  • Proven ability developing and scaling strategic sales partnerships
  • Hunter mentality with a results-driven, aggressive approach to sales.
  • Rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, and a go-getter approach
  • Excellent network of agency and direct client relationships 
  • Proven ability to own the sales process end-to-end, from prospecting to closing.
  • Strong understanding of the gaming landscape and broader advertising industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in building client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into business recommendations.
  • Passion for gaming, esports, and interactive entertainment is a strong plus.
