As a Senior Salesforce Developer / Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that support business growth and enhance customer experiences. This role combines strong hands-on technical expertise with consultative ownership, requiring close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams. You will take the lead on complex implementations, guide architectural decisions, and contribute to building a high-quality Salesforce ecosystem while mentoring junior team members and promoting best practices.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions
• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL
• Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, automation tools, security models, and access controls
• Lead Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
• Support data migration, deployment, and release management using Salesforce deployment tools
• Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience across enterprise-scale implementations
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and integration patterns
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (mandatory)
• Proven experience in Salesforce integrations, data migration, and deployment processes
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a structured, analytical approach
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• A mentoring mindset with the ability to guide junior developers and lead by example
