A taste of what you’ll do 
The PSP reconciliation analyst is mainly responsible for carrying out daily payment provider reconciliations on a transaction-by-transaction level, carrying out settlement reconciliations as well as liaising with the Payments and Fraud team and Payment Service Providers with any discrepancy. 

• • Daily Payment Provider reconciliations on a transaction level whilst following up on any discrepancies with the payments team. 
  • Reviewing player financial activity and all transactions to minimize the financial risk and fraud cases. 
  • Checking and posting PSP charges, refunds, and chargebacks. 
  • Reconciling and monitoring Payment Provider settlements. 
  • Initiating funding or withdrawing of PSP balances 
  • Liaison with Payment Service Providers and with the Fraud and Risk team regarding any discrepancy identified. 
  • Assisting with Revenue Reconciliations during the month-end process and other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the finance team. 
  • Supporting financial reporting and analysis 
  • Any other task/responsibility which may be related and/or connected to the role of PSP Reconciliation Analyst 

Who and what we are after? 

• • Possess or working towards obtaining an accounting qualification 
  • Experience in a PSP or financial institution, or experience in a similar position would be considered as an asset 
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel 
  • Possess a positive can-do attitude with great attention to detail 
  • Enjoy learning and have a genuine interest in iGaming and slot machine games 
  • Capable of being a team player
