Job Description:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will build and scale the core experience of an AI-native data pipelining platform. You will implement features across the full stack, with a heavy focus on backend systems, while owning projects end-to-end. This role is critical for shaping the infrastructure that data teams use to manage complex lifecycles.

What you will do:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend features using Python and FastAPI while owning the full development lifecycle.

• Build exceptional product experiences by collaborating closely with customers to understand their pain points and data orchestration needs.

• Scale the core declarative framework to ensure robust data observability and pipelining efficiency for enterprise-grade data teams.

The ideal candidate:

• Over 5 years of professional experience building and shipping full-stack products with a mastery of Python and backend system design.

• Proven track record working in AWS cloud environments with a strong understanding of containerization and CI/CD best practices.

• Fast-paced generalist with an opinionated approach to shipping high-quality code and conducting experiments to drive product growth.
