Maintains transparent updates on progress, risks, and dependencies through work item notes and team forums.

Strong background in enterprise software development, preferably in FinTech, payments, or financial services

Experience contributing to application architecture, design decisions, and scalable system development

Proficiency with .NET / .NET Core (C#, ASP.NET WebForms, MVC, WebAPI), Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps

Strong experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, ADO.NET, and transactional data systems

Front-end development experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks such as React
-
Experience building and consuming public and internal APIs and integration frameworks

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and distributed, microservices-based architectures
-
Experience with test-driven development, CI/CD, and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

Understanding of performance tuning, caching, and production system optimization

Knowledge of software security best practices

Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable operating with minimal supervision

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
