What you will do:

• Architect and develop core components of a proprietary EHR/EMR system and AI-driven patient engagement tools.

• Design and implement AI-powered solutions that predict treatment efficacy and automate complex clinical workflows.

• Optimize system performance and scalability for a rapidly growing user base while mentoring junior engineering talent.

The ideal candidate:

• Possesses 6-10+ years of full-stack experience with strong proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and cloud infrastructure.

• Proven track record of building and scaling consumer-facing applications within a fast-paced startup environment.

• Deep understanding of software engineering best practices, including CI/CD, system architecture, and agile methodologies.
