- Primary support of Eventide's network, systems and infrastructure.
- Provide timely technical and desktop support for end users.
- Set up workstations for new users and upgrade systems as needed.
- Respond to Helpdesk tickets and manage Helpdesk queue.
- Work with end users to solve existing problems.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows 10 & 11, Active Directory, DNS and IP networking.
- Assist and eventually lead various migrations and compliancy implementation projects
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of IT general practices and methods with in-depth technical knowledge covering Active Directory, Desktop Engineering, Identity and Access Management, Device Management, Endpoint Security, and other related skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 & 11 including baseline security policies.
- Experience supporting Windows-based workstations and servers.
- Experience with Entra AD and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with networking Cisco switches and firewalls.
- Must be able to prioritize work and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, proactive, self-starter with great interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in these areas would be nice:
- VMware/Proxmox virtualization environment
- AWS EC2, S3, networking & Workspaces management
- Docker deployment and management
- Mac desktop support
- Scripting language, preferably PowerShell
- Compliancy Models (ISO, NIST, SOC2/HIPAA, CMMC)
- Familiarity with Atlassian stack (JIRA, Confluence, Bit Bucket etc...)
