This is not an easy job. At Almedia, we’re aiming for aggressive, 100%+ year-over-year growth, and we need a Senior TA Partner who wants to build the foundation of a future unicorn. You will be the first person ever to work on this project, giving you full ownership to build our junior talent engine and employer brand from scratch.

This role is for an elite IC who is not scared of a blank canvas, demands high standards, and understands that their job is to build the plane while flying it. What You’ll Do 🎯

  • Own the Early Careers Strategy: Architect and execute Almedia’s first-ever global Early Careers program. You define the roadmap, the targets, and the execution plan.

  • Build the "Young Almedian" Brand: Boost Almedia’s visibility by creating a movement. You will be responsible for making us the #1 choice for top-tier junior talent.

  • Strategic Partnerships & Events: Proactively identify and ink partnerships with elite universities and student tech hubs. You’ll be the one on the ground—going to events, representing us at fairs, and hosting high-energy meetups at our Berlin office.

  • Full-Cycle Execution: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all internship and entry-level GTM roles. You aren't just "coordinating"; you are headhunting the brightest young minds.

  • Office as a Hub: Turn our modern Berlin office into a community center. You will host workshops, "open house" nights, and networking sessions to bring talent to us.

  • Data-Driven Influence: Use market insights to advise senior leadership on how to structure junior roles for maximum impact and retention.

  • Proven Startup DNA: You’ve successfully navigated the chaos of a high-growth tech company. You don't need a manual; you write it.

  • Event & Brand Fluency: You have a track record of hosting successful events or building employer brand content that actually converts.

  • Relentless Drive: You possess an "ownership mindset." You identify a gap, design the solution, and execute without waiting for permission.

  • Exceptional Communication: You are a natural storyteller who can sell the Almedia vision to a lecture hall of 200 students or a senior stakeholder in a 1-on-1.

  • GTM Expertise: An understanding of what makes a great Sales, Marketing, or Ops professional, even at the entry level.
