Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is a critical and highly visible role responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process for key business units within HighRadius. You will serve as a strategic consultant to hiring managers, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from needs assessment and sourcing strategy through offer negotiation and closing. This role demands a high-energy, results-oriented professional with a passion for finding top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership & Consulting
- Act as a trusted Talent Advisor to hiring managers, providing market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and strategic insights to influence hiring decisions.
- Conduct thorough intake meetings to understand job requirements, team culture, and the "why" behind the role, translating those needs into effective and inclusive sourcing strategies.
- Forecast talent needs and proactively build pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience from application to offer acceptance.
- Develop and execute creative and complex sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals, and other innovative tools.
- Expertly screen and assess candidates for alignment with both job competencies and HighRadius's culture and values.
- Negotiate complex compensation packages, navigating expectations and securing candidate commitment.
- Process Excellence & Employer Branding
- Ensure data integrity by meticulously tracking all candidate and hiring activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Drive continuous improvement in time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and diversity metrics.
- Serve as an ambassador for the HighRadius brand, actively promoting our innovative technology, culture, and career growth opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a SaaS, FinTech, or high-growth technology environment (agency experience recruiting for these industries is a strong plus).
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates using advanced techniques and tools (e.g., Boolean search, advanced LinkedIn Recruiter functions).
- Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence hiring managers across various functions (e.g., Sales, Engineering, Product, Marketing, or Finance).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing a pipeline of 15+ requisitions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technology.
