Alohi is an AI-first SaaS scale-up on a mission to simplify how businesses work. Our products (Sign.Plus, Dial.Plus, Fax.Plus, and Scan.Plus) serve 4M+ customers worldwide, from small businesses to global enterprises. We’re building category-defining tools that people actually love to use.
We started with seed support from FONGIT (Fondation Genevoise pour l’Innovation Technologique), backed by the State of Geneva. Since then, we’ve chosen to bootstrap our growth. This keeps us financially independent, customer-focused, and able to move fast without external constraints.
We’re a lean, fast-growing team based in Geneva with strong traction across global markets. This is an entrepreneurial environment where you’ll have high ownership, broad responsibilities, and direct impact from day one. You’ll work closely with leadership, helping shape decisions rather than just executing them. If you want to build something meaningful in a fast-paced, innovation-driven company, without the chaos of early-stage uncertainty or the bureaucracy of a large corporation, this is it.
We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to raise the bar on our product experience and visual craft. You’ll own design end-to-end: from defining flows and interactions to shipping polished UI and improving conversion across both product and marketing experiences.
This role is fully on-site at our Geneva office.
What you’ll do
Product Design & User Experience
Own end-to-end design for key product experiences across web and mobile
Define user journeys, task flows, interaction models, and UI specifications
Turn complex requirements into simple, intuitive experiences that scale
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI that clearly communicate intent
Raise quality through thoughtful typography, spacing, layout, and interaction details
Contribute to UI consistency across products and help evolve our design system
Growth & Marketing Experiences (Landing Pages)
Design high-performing landing pages that clearly communicate Alohi’s value and drive conversion
Translate product capabilities into compelling visual storytelling and clean information hierarchy
Collaborate with Growth and Content teams on campaigns, product launches, and key initiatives
Iterate using feedback and data (conversion, drop-off points, experiment results)
Ensure marketing experiences reflect the same premium craft and consistency as the product
Research & Validation
Validate ideas through prototyping, usability testing, and user interviews
Support A/B testing initiatives and contribute to experiment-driven iterations
Communicate design rationale clearly and align stakeholders across the company
Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with developers in agile teams to ensure high-quality implementation
Provide clear design documentation, specs, and assets for a smooth handoff
-
Advocate for user-centred solutions while balancing speed, constraints, and business needs
What we’re looking for
Must-have
A strong portfolio showing high craft UI and solid UX thinking
Experience designing end-to-end product experiences (not just screens)
Ability to simplify workflows and make complex things feel effortless
Strong communication skills: you can explain and defend decisions with clarity
High ownership mindset and comfort working in fast-moving environments
Fluent in English
Nice to have
Experience designing for SaaS / productivity tools / B2B or enterprise workflows
Illustration and icon design skills (e.g., custom icons, empty states, lightweight product illustrations)
Motion design experience (micro-interactions, onboarding animations, product demos / Lottie)
Brand/visual design sensibility to support cohesive product + marketing experiences across channels
