Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Senior Workday Integration Developer with strong experience in building and managing integrations across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting modules. The role involves designing and developing integration solutions using tools like Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect, and Document Transformation, while working closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The candidate will also handle testing, production support, and continuous improvements, ensuring reliable and scalable integrations across systems.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop Workday integrations using Cloud Connects, Document Transformations, Enterprise Interface Builders, and Workday Studio for various functional areas including HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting
Translate business process requirements into a detailed technical specification to meet business goals.
Responsible for architectural documentation and reviewing the development of solutions specified in technical design.
Participate in proof-of-concept development, demos, and post-deployment support of cross-team integration efforts
Perform impact analysis, enhancements, change request, and product upgrades
Basic Qualifications:
7+ years experience in information technology, software development, engineering, or relevant fields.
3+ years experience in integration development in Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting
Advanced knowledge of Workday EIB, Studio, Document Transformation and Cloud Connect
Testing the integrations – Formulating scenarios that need to be tested, documenting them as well as working with the business and vendors on testing the integrations
Knowledge with Web Services, SOAP, XML, XSLT, REST, JSON, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, computer information systems, etc., or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Experience working with DevOps teams on implementing CI/CD pipelines and monitoring/alerting a plus
