We’re looking for an SEO Specialist (SaaS) who can own organic growth for an AI-powered education product built for real users with real problems. This role is hands-on and impact-driven, focused on growing qualified traffic, improving discoverability, and turning search demand into sustained product adoption.

You will lead SEO execution across content, technical optimization, and performance analysis, working closely with product and marketing stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who understands how SaaS SEO works end to end and can connect rankings to signups, usage, and long-term growth.

What You’ll Work On

SEO Strategy and Execution

  • Own the organic search roadmap across content, technical SEO, and on-page optimization
  • Identify high-intent keywords aligned with educator needs and product use cases
  • Prioritize opportunities based on search demand, competition, and conversion potential
  • Translate SEO insights into clear execution plans

Content and Search Optimization

  • Collaborate with content stakeholders to create and optimize SEO-driven pages
  • Improve existing content for clarity, structure, and search intent alignment
  • Support development of evergreen pages, product-led content, and educational resources
  • Ensure content balances search performance with credibility and usefulness

Technical SEO and Site Health

  • Monitor crawlability, indexation, site structure, and performance
  • Partner with engineering or product teams to resolve technical SEO issues
  • Ensure best practices are applied across new features and page launches

Performance Tracking and Iteration

  • Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and organic growth metrics
  • Report on SEO performance with clear insights and next-step recommendations
  • Test, iterate, and refine strategies based on results and algorithm changes

What You Bring

  • 3 to 6+ years of SEO experience, ideally within SaaS or product-led businesses
  • Strong fundamentals across technical SEO, content optimization, and keyword research
  • Experience growing organic traffic for software products or platforms
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar
  • Ability to connect SEO work to product adoption and business outcomes
  • Clear communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in education, edtech, or productivity tools
  • Familiarity with AI products or content related to AI workflows
  • Experience collaborating closely with product or engineering teams
  • Comfort experimenting with AI-assisted SEO research or content workflows
