· Service Desk ( Day to Day responsibilities), Configuration of Lotus Notes, Outlook, Applications, Troubleshooting of Error's of Application's.
· Knowledge of hardware and software products and problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
· Hands on experience on office technology tools and configuration of hardware – PC’s and printers.
· Excellent communications skills; oral, written and interpersonal communication skills must be proficient in English.
· Experience with the World Bank standard operating systems and desktop software including but not limited to Microsoft Windows 7, Office 2010, Lotus Notes and SAP.
· Strong knowledge of hardware and software products and problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
· Working knowledge of office technology hardware – PC’s and printers.
· Ability to function well in a team-based environment and to contribute towards common goals.
· Strong planning and organization skills.
· Courteous and patient demeanor with clients.
