The Setups Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting the successful onboarding and configuration of customer accounts. This role works closely with customer facing teams to assist with system configuration, data setup, and technical support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically capable, and excels at collaboration and communication.

As a Setups Support Specialist, you will:

  • Support Customer Facing Teams with customer account setup, system configuration, and data validation activities.
  • Support new and existing customers with account setup, system configuration, and data validation processes.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to handle large datasets and apply formulas to transform raw data into system-ready formats. Exposure and practice on SQL are a plus.
  • Help prepare and maintain status reports and checklists.
  • Collaborate with Customer Facing Teams to identify and resolve configuration or data-related issues.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities across concurrent implementation and support projects.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and issue resolution.
  • Follow established implementation processes and contribute to continuous improvement of support workflows.
  • Work independently on assigned tasks while contributing effectively as part of a broader implementation team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in software configuration, implementation support, or a related technical support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel applications and SQL database management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
