The Shelter Manager will report directly to the Program Director as a key member of their management team. In this critical role, you will oversee day-to-day shelter operations, lead shelter staff, and contribute to the development of programs that best serve women and their children in the community. This is more than a leadership role, it is an opportunity to create a meaningful impact in the lives of women and their families.

Salary: $75,000 to $80,000 CAD Annually
