At REGENT, we’re on a mission to revolutionize regional transportation between coastal cities. We're not just building vehicles, we're creating a new category of transportation: the seaglider. These groundbreaking wing-in-ground-effect craft travel just above the water’s surface, combining the speed of an airplane with the low operating costs of a boat. Capable of 180 miles at 180 mph on today's battery tech (and up to 400 miles with next-gen batteries), seagliders will unlock fast, affordable, and sustainable coastal transit for passengers and cargo - connecting cities, islands, and communities like never before.
Backed by leading investors and powered by a team of passionate, forward-thinking engineers, builders, and operators, we’re now scaling from a breakthrough prototype to full production - and building the team to make it happen.
REGENT Defense is the business unit within REGENT focused on our efforts in the defense market, including business development, contract proposal, capture, and execution; international engagement; and capability development.
As a member of the Mission Assurance team, you'll be working with our partners across the Department of Defense, Homeland Security, and international Ministries of Defense to define and deliver incredible maritime capability. Specifically, you will plan and execute multiple reports, demonstrations, and exercises for U.S. and international defense and government stakeholders. You will manage multiple defense contract deliverables, ensuring high quality, on-time delivery of key contractual reports, demonstrations, and analyses.
Furthermore, as part of the Mission Assurance Team, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to oversee and implement compliance programs, including financial and regulatory reporting, safety management systems, facility clearance procedures, and site security protocols, in accordance with government and contractual requirements. Additionally, you will work with the REGENT engineering team and other cross-functional teams to drive capabilities that meet the mission needs of defense customers, ensuring the effective and efficient design, testing, evaluation, and development of specific requirements. REGENT Defense is committed to fielding maritime capability to safeguard our allies, deter our adversaries, and ultimately bring the warfighter
home.
As part of REGENT Defense, you'll be joining a group of driven, collaborative, and talented
professionals who take pride in solving complex challenges and making an impact as a team. We hold a high bar for our rigor and our collective ability to move quickly, think boldly, and rely on our teamwork to push boundaries and bring entirely new technology into the world.
