About the Role

We’re hiring a Social Media & Communications Manager to own all brand messaging, social presence, and content planning across platforms. You’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content calendars — driving engagement and authority for our U.S. solar brand.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and schedule daily posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business.

  • Develop content calendars, captions, and short-form scripts for videos and ads.

  • Collaborate with graphic designers and media buyers to align visuals and messaging.

  • Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and design across all digital channels.

  • Write clear, high-performing copy for posts, ads, and web content.

  • Track engagement metrics and optimize based on data.

  • Coordinate with the Community Manager for review responses and engagement boosts.

  • Oversee content archives and asset management.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience in content or social media management (U.S. audience preferred).

  • Excellent English writing and storytelling skills.

  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms and engagement trends.

  • Experience managing content calendars and multi-channel publishing.

  • Proficiency with Canva / Adobe Creative Suite (for light design edits).

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent.

  • Consistent posting schedule (daily).

  • Engagement rate and follower growth.

  • Content quality, clarity, and consistency.
