Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to strengthen Sigmoid’s digital presence and brand voice across social platforms. This role will focus on building awareness, driving engagement, and amplifying thought leadership for an enterprise B2B audience, particularly in AI, data, and analytics.
The ideal candidate understands how to translate complex topics into clear, compelling social content and is comfortable working closely with leadership, marketing, and content teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Sigmoid’s social media strategy across platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and YouTube.
- Manage day-to-day social media publishing, scheduling, and platform
- Create and repurpose content including posts, carousels, short videos, infographics, and event highlights.
- Own Instagram content planning and execution focused on culture, careers, events, and people stories.

Skills and Qualifications
- 3 to 6 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of B2B social media strategy with hands-on experience across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Proven ability to create engaging, platform-native content, including posts, carousels, Stories, and short-form videos.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics, KPIs, and performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
