About Us
Rat & Boa is a London-based women's fashion brand built on considered design, a strong aesthetic identity, and a deeply loyal community. We are looking for a Social & PR Coordinator to join our Brand & Content team, someone who brings the same level of care to their work as we bring to ours.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role at the intersection of influencer marketing, public relations, and social media. You will be the connective tissue between our brand and the wider PR and influencer community, building relationships, managing outreach, and keeping the day-to-day running of our channels tight and on-brand.
We are in an active phase of building our in-house PR capability and shifting from a predominantly reactive influencer approach to a proactive, strategically driven one. You will be central to that shift. This role has genuine scope to grow for the right person.
You will be working in our London studio alongside a close-knit team that cares about what it makes and how it shows up. If you are organised by instinct, plugged into culture, and want to build something rather than maintain it, this is the right environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Influencer & Gifting
- Own the day-to-day gifting programme — identifying targets, managing send-outs, tracking coverage and results
- Build and maintain a structured CRM of influencer contacts: relationships, collaborations, performance, and pipeline
- Develop proactive influencer outreach strategy, moving the team from reactive to intentional, with a core always-on contact bank and campaign-specific lists
- Identify new and emerging faces who align with the brand's aesthetic and values across Instagram, TikTok, and beyond
- Coordinate collaboration briefs and manage end-to-end paid partnership logistics in support of the Social Media Manager
PR & Industry Relationships
- Act as a primary day-to-day liaison between the brand and our external PR agency
- Support the active development of in-house PR capability, building direct relationships with stylists, editors, and key press contacts
- Manage inbound PR requests and coordinate outbound product placement
- Assist in the preparation of press materials, lookbooks, and product information
- Monitor press coverage and compile regular reports on brand mentions and PR activity
- Stay across the landscape, who is wearing what, who is relevant, who is rising
Social Media
- Own UGC monitoring, proactively tracking brand tags, cataloguing user-generated content, and maintaining an organised asset library
- Manage community-facing communication: responding to comments and handling influencer DMs in the brand's voice
- Create, plan, and schedule engaging Stories and short-form content across platforms in line with the monthly social calendar
- Curate and maintain 'How You're Wearing It' content on product pages — keeping assets current, on-brand, and regularly refreshed
- Stay plugged into social trends, platform updates, and cultural moments — bringing fresh ideas and new faces to the team proactively
- Work within scheduling and social management platforms (Dash Social or equivalent) to keep content organised and published on time

- A genuine, informed interest in fashion, culture, and the social media landscape
