Spring 2026 Internships (5 week term)
At REDspace, we don’t just build websites; we solve business problems for our clients. We are looking for a Software Developer Intern to join our team. This isn't a "coffee-runner" internship. You will be deep in the code, learning how professional software engineering works in the real world. We are looking for some upcoming graduating students who are interested in 5-week internship opportunities that could lead to a permanent position with our team!
What You’ll Do
- Ship Real Features: Use modern languages and tools to convert designs into interactive, data-driven sites.
- Full Lifecycle Exposure: Participate in the development process for medium and large projects from inception to deployment.
- Optimize & Debug: Troubleshoot applications and optimize performance to ensure client sites are fast and reliable.
- Own Your Tasks: Analyze assigned work, provide estimates, and manage your time to keep projects on schedule.
Requirements
An Ideal Candidate
If this sounds like you, you should definitely be submitting your resume.
- Problem Solver: You love a challenge and prefer practical solutions that work over theoretical perfection.
- Reliable Team Player: You are trustworthy and support those around you. We believe coding is a social activity.
- Clear Communicator: You can express your thoughts clearly, both in person and in writing (documentation matters!).
- Adaptable Learner: You have a "hungry to learn" mindset and are comfortable switching between different technologies.
What You (Ideally) Know
- Code Literacy: Ability to read existing code bases and understand how to reuse or extend it.
- Technical Foundation: An understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) in both front and backend contexts.
- Modern Web Interests: Familiarity with or curiosity about cloud architectures like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Standard-Driven: An appreciation for coding standards and basic software architecture.
