Software Development / Project Manager | $100-150K | Industry Leading Real Estate Software Platform | PM for 4 Teams

• The Software Development/Project Manager should be able to manage projects within our overall data pipelines and oversee related teams as needed including Data, Monitoring, Exceptions, Development, Mobile, Infrastructure. 
• The Project / Dev Manager should be able to manage projects within the overall data team, which includes all four teams including Data, Operations, Development and Arbitrage. 
• They will be responsible for the management of projects within the four teams and making sure that projects are on task, on time and under budget. 
• They will also be responsible for reviewing code with the development team and data with the data.

Qualifications

• YOU MUST BE VERY SMART AND BE PASSIONATE ABOUT MANAGING PROJECTS AND DATA.
• YOU MUST have graduated with a Bachelors Degree, preferably in Computer Science or related degrees and have experience working managing teams within SAAS companies.
• YOU MUST have a data background.
• YOU MUST be highly technical.
• YOU MUST have experience with Dev Ops and SaaS delivery.
• This position is best suited for a software engineer that can code and test and has grown into a development manager.
• You will be responsible for reviewing code with the development team and data variables with the data teams.
• You must be a leader and highly motivated.
• Your role as a software leader is to help the team grow while focusing their talent, energy and creativity on achieving the business objectives.
• You must have a growth mindset and trust and serve your team.
