We’re looking for passionate new graduates to join our team and build scalable data solutions. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies to process massive datasets and power data-driven decisions. Mentorship and real-world projects will be key parts of your onboarding.

 

What Success Will Look Like: 

  • Learn & Develop: Design, build, and optimize data pipelines (ETL/ELT) under guidance
  • Big Data Tools: Hands-on experience with cutting-edge big-data technologies and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Data Processing: Assist in batch/real-time data processing, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • Collaboration: Work with senior engineers, data scientists, and analysts to support data infrastructure needs.
  • Innovation: Explore open-source tools and propose improvements to existing systems.

 

Who You Are & What You've Done:        

  • Recent graduate (2025/2026) with a Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, including data structure, OS, distributed systems, data base, AI & ML, and algorithms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity about technologies
  • Fluent English Communication: Verbal and written English skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Plus: Internship or hackathon experience in data engineering is a plus.
  • Plus: Demonstrated success in domestic or international competitions (e.g., IMO, IPhO, ACM-ICPC, Kaggle, Topcoder).
