We have an exciting opportunity in our Device Platform team at Trackman, where we are growing rapidly to develop, produce, and deploy our market-leading sports tracking solutions.
We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to be part of the development of our platforms used for new and in-market products together with a team of highly skilled developers. The platform is used on products across multiple sports with new products being added frequently as part of the rapid growth of Trackman so there will be lots of opportunities to have an impact and grow.
You will have a leading role in design and development of both current and new software for future products where stability and performance will have a focus.
Job responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain current and future embedded products.
Implement and optimize embedded software in modern C++, ensuring high performance, reliability, testability, and maintainability.
Collaborate with hardware engineers, tracking developers, and product managers in a cross-functional team to deliver market-leading sports tracking solutions.
Contribute to Linux kernel configuration, device tree modifications, and driver development.
Job requirements:
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about software development in C++ and can actively contribute to innovative feature development.
Experience in embedded Linux development.
5+ years of experience in C++ for developing, optimizing, and debugging embedded software.
Experience with C++20 coroutines for efficient asynchronous patterns in embedded systems
Understanding Linux kernel configuration, device tree modifications, and driver development.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team, with strong problem-solving skills.
