Software Engineer - MERN

Devsinc is seeking a talented and experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) and strong expertise in Next.js. You will be responsible for building scalable web applications, designing efficient databases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components using React and Next.js.
• Build and manage robust server-side applications using Node.js and Express.
• Design and maintain efficient database schemas using SQL/NoSQL Databases (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Collaborate with the design team to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, interactive user experiences.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and promoting best coding practices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging web technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
• Strong, demonstrable experience with Next.js.
• Solid understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with Tailwind CSS is a plus.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend integration best practices.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
