Software Engineering Manager at Fast-growing healthtech scale-up

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a cross-functional growth team dedicated to building an all-in-one healthcare platform. You will balance hands-on technical contribution with people leadership, guiding engineers through the full product lifecycle. Your work will directly impact patient outcomes by delivering high-quality web applications in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do:
- Lead a cross-functional delivery team of frontend and backend engineers, partnering closely with product and design.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from architectural design and implementation to deployment and maintenance.
- Mentor and grow engineering talent through regular feedback, stretch goals, and technical guidance.

The ideal candidate:
- At least 7 years of commercial software engineering experience with a natural aptitude for leadership.
