Solution Architect

We are seeking experienced Solution Architects to provide the technical vision and design robust, scalable solutions that align with our business objectives.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise across a wide range of technologies, including cloud platforms, software engineering, databases, and IT infrastructure and networking fundamentals.
• System Integration & Architecture Design: Proven ability to design comprehensive architectural blueprints, integration plans, and data flows, ensuring seamless interaction between new and existing systems and third-party applications.
• Business Acumen & Strategy Alignment: Strong analytical skills to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, perform cost-benefit assessments, and ensure solutions provide tangible business value.
• Leadership & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to serve as the bridge between technical teams, project managers, and non-technical stakeholders, guiding the technical direction and managing expectations.
• Project & Risk Management: Experience in planning and guiding projects through their lifecycle, identifying technical risks, and proposing mitigation strategies while working within constraints (time, budget, resources).
• Documentation & Governance: Ability to create detailed technical documentation, diagrams, and specifications for development teams and ensure all solutions adhere to security protocols, compliance standards, and best practices (e.g., TOGAF).

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in solution architecture, with proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise applications.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum), as well as experience in technologies such as Java, .NET, or similar.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-premises architectures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
