As a Solutions Architect, you will take ownership of end-to-end cloud architecture—guiding customers through discovery, design, migration, and optimization. While AWS will be the primary cloud platform, exposure to Azure and GCP is valuable in a multi-cloud services environment. You will collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure solutions are technically sound, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Design secure, scalable, and cost-optimized cloud architectures following cloud best practices and architectural frameworks
  • Lead architectural discussions for new cloud builds, migrations, and modernization initiatives
  • Define target-state architectures covering compute, storage, networking, security, identity, and disaster recovery
  • Translate business and technical requirements into practical, production-ready cloud solutions
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers, ensuring reliability, performance, and availability
  • Conduct discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and solution reviews with stakeholders
  • Provide technical leadership during implementation, supporting engineering teams through deployment and go-live
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues, including production and disaster recovery scenarios
  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to support solution design and customer success initiatives
  • Develop and maintain architecture documentation, standards, and reference designs
  • Stay current with evolving cloud services, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve solution quality

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 6–10 years of experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure design, or solution delivery
  • Strong hands-on expertise with AWS, including compute, storage, networking, security, and serverless services
  • Working knowledge of Azure and/or GCP in multi-cloud environments
  • Experience designing and operating production-grade cloud environments
  • Solid understanding of networking, IAM, security controls, backup, and disaster recovery
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven experience in client-facing or consulting roles, building trust and long-term relationships
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to scalability, performance, and cost optimization
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams and managing multiple customer engagements
  • Passion for continuous learning and sharing best practices with peers
