We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Solution Architect to design, architect, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS services, with a strong focus on AWS SageMaker for machine learning solutions and AWS Lambda for serverless architectures. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for end-to-end solution design, technology selection, cloud architecture governance, and ensuring best practices across performance, security, scalability, and cost optimization.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end cloud-native solutions using AWS, aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Lead the architecture and implementation of machine learning workflows using AWS SageMaker, including model training, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Design and implement serverless architectures using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, and event-driven patterns.
• Collaborate with data science teams to operationalize ML models and integrate them into production systems.
• Define architecture standards, reference architectures, and best practices for cloud and serverless solutions.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend modernization strategies leveraging AWS-managed services.
• Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements such as scalability, reliability, performance, security, and cost efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams during design and implementation phases.
• Participate in architecture reviews, technical discussions, and stakeholder presentations.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–18 years of overall IT experience with at least 4–6 years in a Solution Architect or Cloud Architect role.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker, including model lifecycle management, MLOps, and integrations.
• Extensive experience designing serverless solutions using AWS Lambda and related AWS services.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture patterns, microservices, and event-driven systems.
• Experience with REST APIs, message queues, and asynchronous processing.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for cloud and ML workloads.
• Solid understanding of security best practices in AWS, including IAM, encryption, and network security.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional) or AWS Machine Learning – Specialty.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale or high-growth product environments.
• Exposure to data engineering, analytics, or AI-driven platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
