This client-facing role is embedded in Relationship Teams and plays a vital role in the client’s success. The Solutions Manager is responsible for end-to-end onboarding of clients, content management, and synthesizing all operational and administrative inbounds to ensure clients' operational and administrative issues are solved efficiently and correctly.
