Domes Noruz Chania
We are currently hiring a Spa Therapist for our 5* resort Domes Noruz Chania, Autograph Collection Hotels, an ultimate luxury experience, located in Chania, Crete, for the 2026 season.
Some of the responsibilities:
- Providing a variety of spa services in a manner that creates safety and comfort.
- Maintenance of equipment and testing of inventory products.
- Maintaining documentation and customer files.
- Keeping the space clean and well-stocked.
- Recognizing and responding to customer inquiries, needs, and expectations.
- Adherence to hygiene standards and health and safety regulations.
- Implementing best practices and staying informed on market trends.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position in 5-star hotels.
- Excellent knowledge of English. Excellent knowledge of an additional language will be considered an additional qualification.
- Necessary knowledge of nail care.
- Knowledge of a wide range of treatments and physiotherapy.
- Ability to promote and sell services and products.
- Experience with Elemis products will be considered a special qualification.
- Ability to adapt to the operational standards and way of working of the hotel.
- Professional behavior, teamwork, and a cooperative spirit.
