Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Automotive industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Automotive Department. In this important role, you will assist Spanish-speaking customers with inquiries related to automotive products and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Your fluency in Spanish will enable you to effectively communicate with clients, addressing their questions about vehicle specifications, service options, and warranty details. By providing outstanding support, you will contribute to fostering strong customer relationships and enhancing our reputation in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat regarding automotive products and services
• Assist customers with inquiries related to vehicle details, maintenance services, and appointment scheduling
• Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the service and sales teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions
• Gather customer feedback and share insights for service improvements
• Stay updated on automotive trends and product offerings to provide knowledgeable support

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a proactive problem-solving approach
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry, is a plus
• Able to manage multiple customer inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• A passion for automobiles and helping customers find the right solutions
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is advantageous
