Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Automotive industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Automotive industry team. In this crucial role, you will provide excellent support to our Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and technical issues.

Your fluent Spanish skills will be vital as you help customers navigate their automotive needs, answer questions about vehicle features, handle service requests, and resolve any concerns they may have. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will play a key role in strengthening our relationships with clients in the automotive sector.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in Spanish through phone, email, and chat regarding automotive inquiries
• Assist customers with product information, service appointments, and warranty claims
• Troubleshoot issues related to products or services, providing timely solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer inquiries
• Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Stay informed about automotive trends and product offerings

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving
• Prior experience in customer service, especially in the automotive industry, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple customer requests in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in automotive products and helping customers with their automotive needs
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
