Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Aviation industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team within the Aviation industry. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our Spanish-speaking clients, assisting them with their inquiries related to aviation services and solutions.

Your fluency in Spanish will be essential in helping customers with booking information, flight schedules, and resolving any travel-related issues. Your contribution will ensure a seamless experience for our clients, fostering strong relationships and promoting our commitment to exceptional service in the aviation sector.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat regarding aviation services
• Assist customers with inquiries about flight reservations, schedules, and cancellations
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to travel and bookings
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries
• Gather feedback from customers to enhance service quality and identify areas for improvement
• Stay updated on aviation industry trends and relevant regulations to provide knowledgeable support

Requirements

• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the aviation or travel industry, is preferred
• Able to effectively manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Genuine passion for aviation and assisting customers with their travel needs
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
