Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Biotechnology industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Biotechnology industry. In this critical role, you will provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to our biotechnological products and services.

Your fluency in Spanish will be essential to help clients navigate product information, technical support, and order processing. By delivering outstanding customer service, you will contribute significantly to our mission of providing innovative solutions in biotechnology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries about biotechnology products
• Assist customers with technical questions, order status, and product information
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with product development and sales teams to address customer needs and feedback
• Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to provide knowledgeable support
• Gather customer insights to help improve our offerings and enhance client satisfaction

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the biotechnology or life sciences sectors, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Passion for biotechnology and helping clients understand and utilize our products
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
